The CDER Group was formed in 2020, bringing together the collective knowledge and experience of leading debt collection and enforcement companies – JBW and Phoenix.

As a group, we understood that the debt collection industry was ripe for change.
Previous practices that put undue pressure on people to settle their debts without considering their circumstances were often unfair, ill-informed and ineffective.
Knowing from experience that resolution is much more likely when we engage with insight and sensitivity, we resolved to change our focus to put people, not cases, first.
Since then, we have worked tirelessly to develop a fairer debt resolution platform that supports a human-centred approach.
Collaborating with tech innovators, data analysts, behavioural scientists, professional organisations, charity support partners, and clients, we have created an advanced intelligence-led solution we are proud of.
